Frame of the week Terms and Conditions
The ‘offer’ will have qualifying criteria clearly stated in frame of the week copy. The frame of the week will have a 10% discount on retail price, no reduction on costs associated with lenses & prescription and not including the cost of any delivery charges.
The offer will have a clearly stated end or closing date - the closing date and time of the offer is Midnight (BST) on the last day of that working week.
The offer applies to retail customers only and to residents within the UK.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The offer is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Hooson & Stuttard Opticians Limited reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the offer and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the offer.
In the event of the offer being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The offer recipient agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Hooson & Stuttard Opticians Limited relating to any post-winning publicity.
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
The offer is limited to one person each week and that person is decided on a first come first serve bases (the first person to proceed with purchase of the frame). The offer remains open to any customer until a purchase of the frame has been made.
Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
The offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
In the event of a Customer wishing to participate in the discount offer being resident in the Channel Islands, the decision is at Hooson & Stuttard Opticians discretion.
